High-sensitivity Troponin T CLIA Kit

PRODUCT NAME:

Product Name: High-sensitivity Troponin T CLIA Kit (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) Abbreviation: hs-cTnT

INTENDED USE:

High-sensitivity Troponin T CLIA Kit (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) is an in vitro diagnostic test for the quantitative detection of Troponin T (cTnT) in human serum and plasma specimen. This product is intended to be used by laboratory professional workers only. This kit is used for auxiliary diagnosis. Results must be combined with clinical observations, patient history, other laboratory parameters, and epidemiological information for comprehensive analysis. Cardiac troponin T is a contractile protein present in the myocardium. It is one of three subunits of the troponin complex (I, T, C), and a protein that regulates striated muscle contraction. The cTnT in myocardium (layer) is not the same as the TnT in skeletal muscle. It is a tissue-specific and high-sensitive marker. Multiple research data shows that it is released 3-4 hours after myocardial infarction and lasts for about 2 weeks. Low concentrations of cTnT are independent predictors of cardiovascular events (including initial and recurrent atrial fibrillation). In different situations, MYO, CK-MB, NT-proBNP and CRP can be combined for disease diagnosis and prognosis.
