Cancer Antigen 15-3(CA 153) CLIA kit (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) is an in vitro diagnostic quantitative test kit. CA 153 is a protein released into the bloodstream by breast cancer, various other cancers, and even some benign (noncancerous) conditions. CA153 is aiding in monitoring response to therapy in metastatic breast cancer patients.
