Intended use: Aripiprazole determination kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the detection of  aripiprazole in human blood.

Aripiprazole injection is used for the short-term treatment of agitation that occurs with certain mental/mood disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).

The dose range for aripiprazoleis well defined, and it reliably predicts plasmalevel, dopamine receptor occupancy, and clinicalresponse. Plasma level variation may predict some adverse effects.Therapeutic drug monitoring has limited value in the clinical use of aripiprazole, but it may be useful in assuring adherence and optimizing response in individuals.
