APPLICATION:

This product is used to quantitatively determine the content of β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) in human serum, plasma or whole blood in vitro.

β-Human chorionic gonadotropin is a protein hormone whose secretion is regulated by estrogen, progesterone and chorionic gonadotropin, and its main function is to promote breast development and lactation. Elevated is common in pituitary prolactinoma, primary hypothyroidism, premature ovarian failure, hypoluteal function and so on. Decrease is common in avascular necrosis of the pituitary gland, hypopituitary gland function, simple prolactin deficiency, etc.

PRCINCIPLE:

When the sample to be tested is added to the sample hole of the test card, the β-HCG in the sample binds to the antibody coupled to the fluorescent particle coated on the glass fiber to form a fluorescent particle-antibody-antigen complex. The immune complex is then chromatographed along the nitrocellulose membrane to the detection area (T), combined with the pre-coated mouse anti-human β-HCG monoclonal antibody, and its fluorescence intensity is positively correlated with the β-HCG content in the sample. The remaining fluorescent antibody particles are chromatographed to the quality control area (C) and combined with the pre-coated goat anti-mouse IgG.

STORAGE AND STABILITY:
