Preservation of control materials
Strictly in accordance with the preservation conditions provided by the manufacturer
Please use professional equipment
Keeping temperature control and temperature records of the equipment
Re-solubilization
Use the appropriate tool to add the re-solubilization fluids specified by the manufacturer.
Pipetting tools of measured precision must be used.
Use the correct re-solubilization procedure
1) Tap the QC bottle gently on the table so that as much of the powder stuck to the cap falls to the bottom of the bottle as possible.
2) Gently open the cap and place it face up on the table without spilling the powder.
3) Use a pipetting tool to add the specified volume of the compound solution, cover the bottle and leave it for 15 min.
4) Invert the bottle for another 15 min.
5) At the end of the time, turn the bottle upside down and mix well.
Separate into loads
Selection of dispensing containers
Use certified EP tubes or threaded serum tubes to avoid leakage, which may cause cross-contamination and affect the experimental results.
Dispensing volume
It is recommended to dispense a volume of not less than 200 μL per tube, and combine it with the minimum volume of the instrument.
Storage conditions after dispensing
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for storage temperature and storage time after re-solubilization, mark the re-solubilization time and re-solubilization period to avoid using expired control materials.
Use after freezing and re-solubilization after dispensing
1. Equilibrate to room temperature for use, it is recommended to equilibrate at least 30 min at room temperature.
2. Gently invert and mix before use, avoid violent shaking, and centrifuge at low speed for 1 min if necessary.
