Intended use: Docetaxel determination kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the detection of docetaxel

in human blood.

Docetaxel is used to treat cancer (such as breast, lung, prostate, stomach, and head/neck cancer).Docetaxel (DTX) is a widely used anti-tumour drug, and its dosage is solely determined by body surface area (BSA). Since the  immunoassay was more convenient, had a higher throughput, and was more cost-effective, it is a better tool for TDM of the docetaxel concentration and  can provide an experimental basis for individualized therapy in routine clinical practice.
