Cetuximab determination kit  is an in vitro diagnostic test for the quantitative detection of free cetuximab in human serum or plasma specimen.

Cetuximab is used to treat a certain type of cancer of the colon (large intestine) or rectum. This medication is also used to treat head and neck cancer. Cetuximab is an IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the EGF receptor.  Monitoring Cetuximab drug levels within a reasonable therapeutic window is very helpful for reducing side effects and optimizing treatment.
