Vedolizumab determination kit  is an in vitro diagnostic test for the quantitative detection of free Vedolizumab in human serum or plasma specimen.

Vedolizumab is a humanized recombinant monoclonal antibody and it is approved for the treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). The most recent TDM data for vedolizumab showed a positive correlation between blood levels and clinical outcomes in patients with UC and CD. Therefore, monitoring vedolizumab drug levels may be very helpful in optimizing therapy.
