Rituximab determination kit  is an in vitro diagnostic test for the quantitative detection of free Rituximab in human serum or plasma specimen.

Rituximab is a chimeric mouse/human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD20 antigen that runs through the cell membrane.  The approved indication is non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Monitoring Rituximab drug levels within a reasonable therapeutic window is very helpful in reducing side effects and optimizing treatment.
