Golimumab is classified as a human monoclonal antibody tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) blocker.Golimumab is approved for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), ulcerative colitis (UC), etc. Serum concentrations of golimumab are associated with response to therapy, drug exposure may be variable over time and between patients, affecting success of therapy.
