Methotrexate Determination Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the quantitative detection of MTX in human serum and plasma specimens. Methotrexate is a folic acid antitumor drug that widely used in the treatment of malignant tumors such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia, lymphoma, chorionic epithelial cancer and osteosarcoma. High-dose methotrexate combined with calcium leucovorin is one of the important treatments for acute lymphoblastic leukemia, malignant lymphoma and osteosarcoma.
