PRODUCT NAME:
Immunoglobulin E Determination Kit
(Fluorescence Immunochromatographic Assay)
Abbreviation: IgE
INTENDED USE:
Immunoglobulin E Determination Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test
for the quantitative detection of IgE in human serum, plasma and
whole blood (EDTA anticoagulation) specimens.
Immunoglobulin E is a kind of allogeneic cell antibody with delta
chain, and it is the main antibody involved in the regulation of
pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma and eczema. The
allergen enters the body to induce the production of specific IgE,
and the IgE is combined with mast cells and eosinophils, causing
the body to enter a state of specific sensitization to the allergen.
When exposed to the allergen again, it is combined with the IgE
receptor on the cell membrane to cause a series of biochemical
reactions, and then releases various bioactive mediators such as
histamine that are related to allergic reactions and inflammation.
Elevated serum IgE is a powerful indicator of allergic diseases.
IgE is widely used in the differential diagnosis of clinical diseases
