Anti-Mullerian Hormone Determination Kit

PRODUCT NAME:

Anti-Mullerian Hormone Determination Kit (Fluorescence Immunochromatographic Assay) Abbreviation: AMH

INTENDED USE:

Anti-Mullerian Hormone Determination Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the quantitative detection of AMH in human serum and plasma specimens. Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is a dimeric glycoprotein secreted by the granulosa cells of ovarian preantral follicles and small antral follicles. After birth to puberty, the secretion of AMH gradually increases and reaches a peak and then declines with age. AMH is positively correlated with the number of small follicles in the ovary and is not affected by menstrual cycles and hormone drugs. It can be used to evaluate ovarian reserve or assist in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.
