Typhoid lgG/lgM Rapid Test can be used for the qualitative detection and differentiation of anti-Salmonella typhi (S. typhi) and paratyphi lgG and lgM. lt is intended to be used by healthcareprofessionals to aid in the diagnosis of infection with S. typhi and paratyphi. Typhoid fever and paratyphi fever are bacterial infections caused by Salmonella typhi and paratyphi A, B, and C respectively, which are transmitted through the ingestion of tainted food and water.
